1. Product Authenticity

  • All PJM Screw products are manufactured in 100% Taiwan under strict quality standards.
  • Customers are advised to purchase only from authorized dealers, distributors, or our official channels to ensure authenticity.

2. Product Use

  • PJM Screw products are designed for industrial, commercial, and professional use.
  • Misuse, modification, or unauthorized application of products may result in voiding of warranty or liability.
  • The Company is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation or usage outside the recommended guidelines.

3. Warranty & Liability

  • PJM Screw ensures products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of sale.
  • Warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear, mishandling, or misuse.
  • The Company’s liability is limited strictly to the replacement of defective products. No claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages shall be entertained.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Any request must be made within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated by law or Company policy.
  • Transportation, shipping, or handling charges for returns will be borne by the customer, unless the product is confirmed defective by the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The brand name PJM Screw, logo, packaging design, and all related intellectual property are owned by the Company.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the applicable laws of India (or relevant jurisdiction where products are sold).
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

7. Amendments

  • PJM Screw reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for the latest updates.
